Essential Job Functions
The primary purpose of the Housekeeper is to maintain all residence halls at a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.
Primary duties of the position include:
Ability to perform a variety of duties to include all aspects of cleaning such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, operation of floor maintenance equipment, stripping & waxing floors, trash removal, restroom sanitation, supply ordering, etc. Basic computer skills such as communicating through email, ordering online supplies, submitting work order requests.
Preferred Qualifications
Valid driver’s license.
Experience in the following:
Staff/Non-Faculty Staff/Non-Faculty
Appointment Type 1.0
Work Schedule/Hours
Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm; May require occasional evening and weekend work.
Number of Hours Per Week 40

Job requires moderate to heavy physical work loads, some of which may be repetitive. Bending, stooping, twisting, etc. as well as climbing step ladders
