The Help Desk Representative reports directly to the Help Desk Manager

Job Overview

This Help Desk Representative is responsible for frontline communications with the users of the Apparatix software. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients and other team members, and have a strong ability to problem solve a variety of client-centric scenarios. In addition to processing support ticket information, the Help Desk Representative will assist in maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Interface and communicate with clients through email, video conferencing and Slack
  • Triage new tickets ensuring correct prioritization and accurate request information
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by honoring SLAs and response times
  • Research support tickets, determine root cause, develop response and resolution
  • Follow team processes, tools, and procedures
  • Perform data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
  • Self-motivation for learning industry, software tools, and Apparatix solutions

Desired Skills

  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Google Sheets and Slack
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in tech industry
  • Familiarity with Out-Of-Home advertising industry a plus

Salary

The following salary range is commensurate with experience: $40,000 - $55,000
