JOB DESCRIPTION :
Required Qualifications:
3 years of experience in End user
Administrator Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for the administration and maintenance of desktops and laptops of end users.
- Good working experience and knowledge on Windows 7, 2010, 2012, 2016
- Applies information analysis to resolve moderate to complex end user computer problems.
- Performs root cause analysis which includes detailed analysis to assist the end users laptop and desktop issues.
- Should be very sensitive on handling the VIP end users escalations and ensure the data integrity is secured
- Creation deletion of Windows accounts in AD
- Need to manage the laptop and desktop inventory
- Should be able to clone the desktop and laptops using images
- Should be able to install and configure Antivirus on laptops and desktops
- Should be able to configure VPN access for end users in both laptops and Mobiles
- Basic network knowledge
- Other duties as assigned by Wipro Management.
Essential technical requirements:
- Extensive experience with hands on Windows desktop versions 7, 2010, 2012, 2016
- Install and configure client operating systems
- Ability and experience in applying and maintaining patch levels and security configurations
- Utilize Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) added advantage
- Good experience and management of Active Directory and Group Policy Object Management added advantage
