Prior management experience in a similar organization. Perferably college graduate with a two or four year degree in Hotel/Restaurant, Management, Business or associated field, who is entering the full time work force or has successfully demonstrated leadership abilities and business acumen in role of assistant manager. Will successfully need to demonstrate all required training associated with Applebee’s management training program, ongoing development as outlined by the General Manager
