WORK FROM HOME! (Must live in VA)
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual CSR, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our English and Spanish-speaking customers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication skills).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a quiet and professional workspace at home
- Must have a wired connection to the local router or modem with at least 50 Mbps internet connectivity
Training:
- Required two-week training period from 9 am-6 pm Eastern Time
- Must have availability to work a shift between the hours of 7 am-11 pm EST, 7 days a week
- Will be assigned a 40-hour week schedule after training
During the training period, you will need to use your own computer equipment to participate in the program. After completion of the training, the company will provide you work equipment.
