Come join our dedicated team of Engineering Project Specialists (EPS). We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, energetic Budget Specialist to assist with budget creation, purchase requisitions and PO management. You will collaborate with Engineering Project Managers (EPM), Product Design, System EPS, Financial Analyst, Division Controller, Procurement, and Accounts Payable. You will be seen as the Finance expert, and you will get to showcase your organizational and communication skills by building important budget status reports and presenting them to management.

Description
Our team is looking for someone to build and maintain budgets, create Purchase Requisitions, maintain invoice tracking, and assist EPMs in tracking to their project budgets. This role will require you to create, maintain, and communicate budget status reports, as well as oversee all open Purchase Orders (POs) and close them when they are aged or no longer required. You will also assist System EPS and EPMs with quarterly budget forecasting and maintain and provide accurate documentation for quarterly finance audits.
Education & Experience
BA/BS degree or 3 years of relevant experience
Additional Requirements
- Strongly preferred, but not required:
- Experience with global vendors
- Experience managing, organizing, and maintaining large quantities of data
- Experience working with multiple different teams in a R&D environment
