Key Qualifications
- Demonstrates experience simultaneously leading multiple projects and/or programs using appropriate tools and controls
- Handle program maintenance and operations, using internal and 3rd party vendors, to ensure program optimization and uptime
- Establishes program plans, standards and process documentation that can be demonstrated globally
- Communicate and work collaboratively with internal leadership and stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize critical initiatives
- Ensures compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, especially regarding privacy
- Is responsible for asset management through the asset lifecycle, including routine planned and unplanned maintenance
- Monitors and reports on the condition of stations
- Conducts analysis on program performance, efficiency and effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ability to develop high quality and effective reports, dashboards and executive-level presentations
Description
The Commute Operations Program Manager will run all aspects of several programs within the Global Transport Services realm. This exciting role will oversee Apple’s global EV Charging network, including developing a strategy and Capital investment program to support the eventual transition to an all-electric fleet. The current charging network includes over 3000 stations with 20,000 registered users, and growing. Additional areas of responsibility will include developing a Materials Handling Equipment Maintenance and Compliance Program as well as developing and monitoring our fleet vehicle telematics program.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Additional Requirements
- - Minimum 4 years experience of program management, with exemplary written and oral communication
- - Experience using data to drive process and program development
- - Understanding of electric vehicle systems, mechanics, and technology
- - Certifications not required, but NAFA certifications are desirable
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
