In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design creation processes multiple Apple Media Products. More specifically, you will: - Lead and manage communications and workflows across multiple business lines for Design teams, ensuring overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs - Navigate competing initiatives and prioritize resources appropriately, while mitigating associated challenges - Handle day-to-day critical issues and troubleshooting of production challenges - Foster relationships with other functional teams, including Product Marketing and Engineering, to ensure that we’re delivering against asks while creating an environment that allows for innovation demonstrable experience guiding both engineering and creative teams through complex projects. - Work closely with internal and external partner teams to identify more efficient workflows - Plan, lead, and execute workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information and deliverables, including but not limited to working with external agencies (in order to maintain budgets, briefs, scopes, burn rates, timelines, etc…) - Experience leading and driving consumer facing design initiatives. - Ability to drive production timelines against a variety of video media including short form, long form, animation, graphics, and post-production. - Demonstrated experience creating and informing SOW’s with the ability to accurately assess and inform burn. - Thrive in ambiguity, always looking for opportunities to better organize and define scope and next steps. - Identifies risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans, and takes appropriate action to mitigate risks and manage stakeholder expectations.
