Regional Manager Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of Regional or District management (multi-unit) experience within the restaurant industry. Candidate must have experience in a casual dining environment with alcohol sales. Must also have hands-on experience in both FOH and BOH. Degree preferred, but not required

- Fiscal Responsibility: ordering, inventory and knowing your impact to the P&L
