- Need to have combination of speed and stamina
- Need to have the ability to work under pressure and also abiliy to work with others under pressure.
- Need to be ability do some heavy lifting and to work in hot conditions.
- Assure that all food procedures are followed per Applebee's specifications
- Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
- Follow all State & Applebee's sanitation guidelines
