What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Administrator position at AppleOne Employment Services?
- Prepare and compile contract and Billings, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data
- Ensure proper backup information is submitted for all billings
- Collection on aging accounts by sending open invoice reminders to customers via phone, email, fax, or mail.
- Record and maintain all billings records for the purpose of providing information to senior management.
- Confirm all invoices are accurately coded per Company Code Structure System
- Communicate with vendors to procure invoices for billing purposes
- Organize and prepare Charge-Off from Cost Plus Billings
- Ensure integrity of all billings by obtaining appropriate signatures and approvals according to Company policies.
- Assist in maintaining current labor rates with various customers
- Maintain job billing folders for both hard and electronic billing copies
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information relating to but not limited to Company Expense Reports associated with accounts payable and/or receivables, customer accounts, vendors and suppliers
- Uphold etiquette and professionalism with vendors, clients, employees and management team
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organize high volume of documents and prioritize multiple tasks
- Address clients, vendors, and staff billing inquiries and reconcile discrepancies
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
