Position Summary:
Manage 50% Collections - 50% accounts
30 to 90 days DOS
Responsible for managing the collection and resolution activity of strategic Personnel Concepts
customers. Responsible for researching, analyzing, root cause analysis and problem solving of customer
deductions and disputes. Works closely with Personnel Concepts key customers, Sales, Customer
Service, pricing team and others both external and internal to Personnel Concepts. Effectively presents
complex information, in verbal and written form and responds to questions and requests from internal and
external customers in a timely manner. Demonstrates a working knowledge of Personnel Concepts,
product knowledge, return policy, sales orders, credits, debits, and cash application. Will manage
assigned key customers and will be responsible for effectively collecting on all past due invoices and
resolving customer deductions. Supports team members through teamwork and meets individual and
team goals.
Position Reports To: Credit and Collections Supervisor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers to determine barriers for non-payment on past due invoices and works to
resolve those barriers.
Accurately analyze customer issues and offer effective conflict resolution options
Must demonstrate product knowledge expertise to assist with customer dispute resolution
Work closely with customers on deductions taken, working closely with the operations team to resolve
these deductions.
Investigates credit and financial information on prospective and current customers
Reviews and releases order from credit hold
