ESPONSIBILITIES
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE & IT
Managing all aspects of our property repairs and maintenance in accordance
with our Property Management guidelines
Overseeing maintenance and repairs of office furniture and equipment
Maintaining computers, printers, and phones
Ordering office supplies
Acquisition of new equipment and supplies
Overseeing weekly janitorial services
Ensure facilities are operated and maintained in environmentally friendly manner
ACCOUNTING / ADMIN
Managing Credit Card Reconciliations and filing of statements and receipts
Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
General support to Director of Operations & HR
HUMAN RESOURCES
Placing and managing ads for new positions
Assisting with Employee interviews
Employee on boarding & overseeing safety and harassment training
Assisting with approving time cards and submitting bi-monthly payroll
Assisting with Workers Comp policies, procedures, and claims
Assisting with enrollment of Employee benefits
Assisting with processing time off requests and leave of absences
Assisting with scheduling reviews, review paperwork, and review follow up ema
