Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and assist with inquiries related to benefits.
- Help organize company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with performance management processes and track employee evaluations.
- Generate reports and assist in HR data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
