Call Center Agent
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Inbound Call Center Representatives specializing in class action cases.
As a vital part of our organization, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls related to class action lawsuits, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting callers with their inquiries and claims.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls from potential class members regarding class action lawsuits
Provide accurate information about the class action, including eligibility criteria, deadlines, and required documentation.
Assist callers with the claims process, guiding them through necessary steps and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of all interactions with callers, including notes on inquiries, claim submissions, and resolutions.
Follow up with callers as needed to provide updates on their claims or to request additional information.
Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and administrative staff, to ensure timely and accurate resolution of caller inquiries and claims.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements, in handling class action cases and sensitive customer information.
Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous phone manner.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software and systems.
Ability to empathize with callers and demonstrate patience and understanding in addressing their concerns.
Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
