Location: Westminster, CA
Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will spearhead the planning and execution of our Grid Technology projects. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 4 projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
• 4-7 years of experience in managing technology projects, demonstrating expertise in project management fundamentals.
• Proven track record of handling large-scale projects, adhering to schedules, and executing project plans within tight time constraints.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and direct cross-functional teams towards project objectives.
• Manage the planning, execution, and successful completion of Grid Technology projects.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to drive project/program success.
Desired Skills:
• Electric utility industry experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Project software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
