What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Specialist position at AppleOne?
•Mainly taking care of distributor, wholesaler, and retail customers
•Handle prospective client inquiries over the phone, email, and face-to-face.
•Create proposals, quotes, review contracts
•Contact clients and seek new opportunities to reach the monthly sales target
•Create your sales target and expand the sales.
•Participate in company research, marketing, and sampling of the company’s products.
•This position requires domestic travel for sales and shows.
•Visit current and potential customers to provide support and information and sell the Company’s products.
•Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure the collection of payments promptly.
•Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport
•Respond to and communicate with all customers promptly.
•Coordinate urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needs.
•Educate customers on how the products or services can benefit them
•Input and update orders within the Company database accordingly
•Additional duties as assigned.
