What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at AppleOne?
The Service Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of work orders for the service department resulting in timely and efficient billing to our clients.
Job Responsibilities include
•Process & Invoice field service work orders in a timely and accurate manner to include
•Accurate data entry of hours billed into the internal billing system
•Reconciling hours worked to ensure precise billing
•Reviewing work orders for correct information
•Invoicing work orders within the billing system
•Process & manage 3rd party invoice portals
•Manage & process customer•s purchase orders
•Correcting discrepancies on work orders by working directly with technicians, and other internal departments
•Create supplier purchase orders and approve invoices
•Respond to incoming phone calls from internal and external customers
•Provide support & back up to service coordinator dispatchers
Job Qualifications
•High school graduate with college courses in business administration preferred
•Previous experience in a service industry helpful
•2-3 years of Data Entry experience
•Customer service aptitude and attitude
•Possess excellent phone etiquette
•Familiar with order entry software with attention to detail
•Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
•Must be reliable, able to follow directions, report to work on time and get along well with co-workers and management personnel
