This position is temporarily working from home due to pandemic.

What is a Bilingual Call Center Representative?
This role helps support the Georgia Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program by providing Spanish and English telephone support for motorists seeking information.
In this role, a successful candidate will independently respond to questions about the emission program rules and requirements, as well as serve as backup for the customer service team. This position also processes application waivers, exemptions, and extensions.
In addition, this position requires the following skills:
· Bilingual (Spanish and English); Good verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to be punctual, reliable, and work independently.
· Self- motivation and strong attention to detail.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Please note, all Call Center Reps MUST pass an Emissions Inspector Certification Test, which training is provided!
