- Schedule: Full time, morning shift hours starting at 8am, no Sundays!

Gas Card Incentives for Production Goals:
Employees will use their own cars for work-related purposes.
- Gas cards will be provided based on monthly production goals:
- Achieving $30k in sales in a month earns a $100 gas card.
- Achieving $40k in sales in a month earns a $250 gas card.
- Achieving $50k in sales in a month earns a $500 gas card.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales, including canvassing neighborhoods and engaging with potential customers.
- Utilize door-to-door sales techniques to communicate product benefits and convert leads into sales.
- Develop a strong understanding of company products to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Use own vehicle for sales activities in assigned territory.
- Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Identify sales opportunities and contribute to sales strategy development.
- One thing you'll need to do in this job is visit apartment complexes and do some canvassing. You might also have to attend BNI networking events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in door-to-door sales, although not required.
- Possession of a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for transportation to sales locations.
- Access to a personal mobile phone for communication purposes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
