IAA is seeking an Inside Sales Manager for our Corporate headquarters in Westchester, IL.
The Inside Sales Manager will oversee and support a team of sales representatives responsible for selling Demand customers IAA’s suite of ancillary products and services while also focusing on retaining and growing the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies
- Work closely with the Sales Ops Analyst to develop KPIs and dashboards that will be used to identify growth and retention opportunities
- Use Salesforce.com to develop regular sales cadences
- Determine the appropriate channels and techniques for the sales team to use in their campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing to build content for effective campaigns and journeys
- Develop clear expectations for the team and communicate effectively
- Align with fellow team members in the Marketplace Demand department as well as with the broader organization to execute on organizational growth strategies
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas for new features, products and services
- Monitor success outcomes from each team member through the creation of recognition programs, dashboards and leader boards
- Encourage employees to contribute new ideas
- Take on projects outside of the scope of day to day responsibilities as needed by the Marketplace Demand department
Competencies:
- 5 years of sales experience
- 2 years of management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and willing to collaborate across the organization
- Ability to work on multiple deliverables autonomously
- Organized, detailed, flexible and agile with the ability to quickly shift course and re-prioritize
- Experience working in a fast paced, high activity, high volume environment
- Capable of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze metrics and use them to improve performance
- Hunger for success with real financial motivation
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and High Velocity Sales
- Proficient in Microsoft suite products
- Supports a hybrid model of remote and in-office time
- Willing to travel up to 25% for work purposes
Additional Information:
- Bachelors degree in sales, finance or closely related discipline
- Two or more years of management experience and Five or more years of sales and or marketing experience
