VP Product for BidMachine

We are looking for an experienced and passionate VP Product to join one of the fastest-growing mobile ad networks in the mobile field - BidMachine.

You will be part of an experienced, highly focused team of 25 people building the next-generation solution for mobile app developers to grow and scale their businesses. With a strong core team and top management’s ongoing advisors, we’re looking for people who are passionate about building the future of the mobile app ecosystem at a great company.

You will work on a sustainable and fast-growing product (Product grew x2 YoY in Q2 and we are in Top 5 ad network by SOV in the customers’ portfolios) designed to become the next success in the company's portfolio. You will lead a team of 3 product managers with close collaboration with engineering department.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the product team from inception to delivery.
• Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Lead the end-to-end product process, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and user-centric solutions that are compliance with relevant data security requirements.
• Build a strong external presence and be an evangelist of our product vision and roadmap influencing our industry, partners, and customers.
• Communicate your team’s priorities and roadmap to General Manager, solicit feedback, and build consensus for key initiatives.
• Work closely with Genereal manager to support Business strategy and ensure the achievement of Business goals.
• Being in charge of the key product performance metrics and achieving the OKRs.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to attract, onboard, and scale new customers.

Requirements:

•  A track record of 10 years in product management, with a history of shipping complex technological, ad tech, mobile products successfully;
• Proven track record to create and implement complex and dynamic business strategies;
• A track record of bringing new products through development;
• Practical experience in creating and leading products with mobile SDK;
• 3 years experience in AdTech;
• Experience in building cross-functional remote product teams including product, design, and development professionals;
• Experience with a product using large volumes of data;
• Experience with DSP;
• High level of English;
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Technical background;
• Excellent teamwork skills;
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
