An Executive-Level Communicator and Strategist adept in mapping business and technology strategies and ensuring clear communication across all levels. A Veteran in Product Development with 6 years, leading comprehensive phases of engineering design and development from conception to commercial deployment. A Project Management Specialist with 4 years, ensuring meticulous planning, budgeting, and successful project execution. And a Navigational Problem Solver, steering through challenges and complexities with a solution-oriented and positive mindset, ensuring steadfast project progression even through uncharted territories.
Technical and Customer-Centric Leader: Build and scale our engineering teams and technologies, serving as a technical leader who will prioritize customer requirements and feedback, ensuring our engineering efforts are squarely aimed at solving high-value customer problems.

Project Execution Specialist: Drive all our engineering activities, from design and architecture to project planning, budget, and schedule management, and managing partner relationships, ensuring our projects are executed successfully and efficiently.

- Extensive Leadership Experience: A minimum of 6 years of engineering leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to build, scale, and lead both engineering teams and technologies effectively.
- Proven Recruitment and Team Development: A solid track record over 8 years in attracting, recruiting, retaining, and growing top engineering talent, with a focus on mentoring and developing high-output teams.
- Strategic and Operational Management: At least 4 years of experience showcasing the ability to strategically align technological innovation with business objectives, manage budgets, schedule planning, and capital allocation to achieve engineering milestones.
- Executive Communication and Strategy Mapping: A minimum of 4 years of experience in effectively reporting to the CEO, mapping business strategy with technology strategy, and communicating effectively with both team and executive leadership.
- Product Development Expertise: A robust 6 years in engineering, leading all phases of engineering design, development, and validation, and successfully bringing products from design to commercial field deployment.
- Project Execution and Management: At least 4 years of experience in driving all engineering activities, from design and architecture to project planning, budget and schedule management, and managing partner relationships, resulting in successfully executed projects.
