Job Title : Mold/Tooling Technician
Responsible for maintaining tooling, performing PMs and assisting in any tool break down as well as other related duties to plastic injection / Blow Mold tools in a production environment.
- Complete daily preventative maintenance sheets as required.
- Maintain Mold carrier assembly.
- Modify molds based on Engineering Change
Notices.
- Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance.
- Repair Molds in shop and inline as required.
- Work with tool room equipment, saws, lathes, mills, surface grinders, drill presses and hand tools.
- Inspection of lifting devices prior to use.
- Perform tool readiness inspections for trials on new Molds.
- Performs other duties deemed necessary by the
Process Engineer/Technical Manager
