What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Development Specialist position at Apricity?

Apricity works with people in early recovery from substance use disorder.

We currently are seeking an individual who would be interested in Employee Development to work in our Strohmeyer Plant in the Programming office. Candidate will work closely with staff and employees at Apricity. The Employee Development Specialist is responsible for recording and maintaining, employee records for the Neenah and Milwaukee Facility. Track incoming phone calls from employees prior to the start of shift, interviewing and hiring new employees, coordinating orientation, and resolving employee conflicts as they arise, as well as helping people in early recovery set goals to help improve their vocational opportunities to move forward in their recovery.

They must want to work closely with people and be able to share their experiences, their strengths and their hopes for the early recovering employees who work for Apricity.
The successful applicants would have computer skills and be willing to learn the software Apricity uses, as well as being able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
