The April Parker Foundation is seeking a Technology Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in the technology field while making a positive impact on underserved communities. As a Technology Intern, you will work closely with our team to support and enhance our technology infrastructure and systems.
Responsibilities may include assisting with troubleshooting technical issues, installing and upgrading software, conducting software testing, and providing basic user support. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop additional technical skills.
We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn. This internship is open to students or recent graduates who are pursuing degrees or have a background in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with IOS systems and Microsoft 365 a plus
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
