The client is a technology managed services provider and product reseller.It provides Managed Workplace Services including IT solutions and hardware, integration and support services and has partnerships within the technology space such as HP, IBM, Cisco, Dell, Apple, Inc, Jamf Pro, AirWatch.
It delivers experience-enhancing solutions that power today’s digital workplace, Connect people, technology, and the edge with a seamless experience and Delivering everything you need for real-time collaboration, connection, and support.

Rate Range: $19-$21/Hr

Job Description:

  • Overall 2 years of related work experience, or AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and product Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
  • Personable Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers
  • Provide On-Site Deskside Support
  • A Client OEM Laptop/Desktop experience required
  • Consultative approach to solving issues
  • A Certification and Software/hardware breakfix
Required skills:
  • 2 years physical touch experience working in enterprise data centers.
  • Physical Touch Datacenter Support, Rack/Stack, Cable, Logistics/Asset Management
