Title: Lab Support Technician
Location: Holly Springs, NC 27540
Duration: 12 Months contract
Pay Range: $20 - $22/hourly on w2.
Candidate will need to report onsite Monday - Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM standard business hours.
Candidates must be local to Holly Springs NC.
This is a Lab Startup and will be a dynamic environment. No specific certification requirements but nice to have.

What are your non negotiables for candidates? Candidate must be punctual and flexible.
Primary objective of role:
*Ability to independently perform data entry and other general duties for Client Process Development. [Training will be provided.]
*Performs and maintains timely and accurate documentation and records.
*Serve as vendor escort for equipment installation.
*Routine laboratory support functions including: ordering, stocking, and distributing supplies and equipment; arranging and dismantling apparatus; and collecting, washing, and storing glassware.
*Perform standard technical procedures such as preparing routine solutions and reagents.
Depending on aptitude and desire to learn, role may expand to include:
*Makes and records observations; performs simple calculations; and collects and prepares data for evaluation.
*Cell Culture and Purification benchtop operations and sample analysis.
Nice to have:
*At lease 2-3 years in a Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical company.
*Experience with 5S organizational methods.
*Experience using Asset or Inventory Management Tools/Software.
*Working with analytic instrumentation (balances, pH, conductivity, Osmometer and BGA), Laminar Flow Hood, Autoclave, Parts Washer.
*Solution preparation.
Salary : $20 - $22
