Job Description
- Somebody who has at least 20 years of work experience in software development.
- 15 years of experience in Delivery leadership role with hands-on experience leading large programs of 5 feature teams
- 10 years Experience in development in Java Spring and at least 4 years of experience in cloud migration projects (Google Cloud Platform is a plus).
- Able to lead Scrum of Scrum Teams and should have excellent communication skills and handling the client.
- Should have 5 years of experience in working with offshore and onsite Teams and should be proven in coordinating and delivering these programs.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills and should be able to create presentations and present to client.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
