Job Overview: We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual to assist in managing a nationwide due diligence client. Experience with writing Phase I ESAs and ASTM Phase I ESA guidelines (2021) is required.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Prepare and review Phase I ESAs as an Environmental Professional (EP)
- Manage time and budgets
- Manage a team; providing guidance and direction
- Client service / client communications
- Familiar with Phase I ESA ASTM (2021)/AAI requirements
- Conduct site inspections and reconnaissance in support of environmental site assessments
Basic Qualifications:
- At a minimum a B.S. in environmental science/engineering or closely related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting, including Phase I and II ESAs
- OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER training preferred
- Detail oriented, with strong technical skills, including data management, analysis, and QA/QC
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions
