Community Supported Living Manager

The Residential Services Manager will coordinate, develop, implement and evaluate residential services required to meet the needs of the persons served. Specifically, this position will develop the growth of the exceptional Residential Services Programming served that is consistent throughout Aptiv. This position will work to increase the number of people served as well as the number of residential hours of service provided.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Sociology, Psychology, Communications, Recreation Therapy, Business etc., or Associates Degree or other post High School graduation coursework and three years of experience in a Human Service field and at least one year supervisory experience
• Experience working with adults with disabilities
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule to include occasional on-call responsibilities
• Ability to operate computer equipment and knowledge of various software packages including Office Windows applications
• Access to reliable, non-public transportation with required insurance coverage
• Experience supervising staff in multiple locations
• Experience with multiple facility management
• Working knowledge of group home regulations (HFS 88)
• Budget planning, monitoring, lean process improvement in relation to finance
• Experience recruiting and retaining staff
• Proven success with time management and prioritization of tasks/projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of proactive behavioral approaches
• Experience overseeing home/program that serves extremely challenging individuals or crisis stabilization
• Experience opening new homes
• Proven project management experience
