Job Summary

Aptive is seeking a Management Consultant. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven critical thinking, communication, client relationship, and writing skills. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of policies and conducting in-depth analysis to ensure national policies comply with current statutes and regulations, include national program oversight mechanisms, and do not institute unfunded mandates to medical facilities.

This full-time position is in Washington, DC.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supports client directors/managers with high-level, cross-functional focus and assistance.
  • Delivers high quality, senior executive-level deliverables.
  • Evaluates analytical results and develop new and adapted analytical techniques.
  • Prepares briefings, studies, and reports for presentation to senior executive level and senior client officials.
  • Provides performance analysis and process improvement using industry best practice methodologies and tools.
  • Designs communication strategy products for client stakeholder groups and build quality briefing presentations, social media postings, and other media.
  • Reviews and analyze reports involving workload data, performance metrics, and other statistical information for content, completeness, and timeliness, and develop executive key summary information.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 3 years revelant experience
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • High proficiency level with MS Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reports and presentations
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, and work in a dynamic, collaborative, and diverse environment
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • Proficiency in document management software such as SharePoint and Salesforce
  • Understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes in healthcare or policy
  • Powerful problem solving, applied reasoning, and analytical skills; experience translating analysis into clear recommendations and concrete action steps for diverse audiences
  • Track record of thinking strategically to effectively assess problems and assemble solutions and accept accountability for delivering results
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
