We are looking for an individual who is passionate about quality assurance. As the Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst you will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design manual test procedures.
You will be liaising with the Developers, Product Managers, and BA’s to identify and test key features of our products. You will participate in development design sessions and provide feedback from a quality perspective. You will coordinate best quality practices across other teams including offshore. And most importantly, you will be designing and developing Manual Test Cases for all layers of the solution (front and back end) including integration with Aptos retail products. Also you will be involved in automating the test cases.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop test strategy, test plan to ensure quality
- Create, maintain and execute test cases including functional, regression, integration tests
- Automate regression test cases with the test automation tools
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the QA process
- Perform root cause analysis of complex issues and work with dev team in resolving issues
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Computer Science, Engineering)
- 3 years of experience in Automated (60% of role) and some Manuel (30% of role) testing involving web applications, mobile apps and API’s
- 2 years of experience in Retail domain; must have this experience in the retail domain or some other supply chain software modules.
- Working knowledge of common test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appian or other competitive tools)
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication and social skills backed up with a proactive approach to knowledge sharing.

- The pay range for this position is between $72,000 and $99,000 plus Annual Incentive Bonus. Starting salary may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
