Antenna Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) has a 60-year history designing and manufacturing antennas and sub-systems to support C5ISR applications within the EW/SIGINT, Commercial and Military Communications, Satellite Communications and RADAR Markets; for Government Agencies (PEO offices) and Tier 1 Primes world-wide.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Contracts Manager is responsible for negotiating and evaluating compliance with requirements and regulations in contract documents, purchasing and proposal documents and ensuring timely execution of such documents. Contracts Manager will oversee all contracting activities with our suppliers and oversight of terms & conditions from our customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and revising customer contracts for acceptable terms & conditions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Oversee contracts (FFP, T&M, IDIQ, Cost Reimbursable) including execution of contract awards and modifications
- Support various types of federal government and commercial contracts such as, IDIQ Contracts, and Blanket Purchase Agreements
- Manage awarded contracts to ensure timely fulfillment of contract requirements, invoicing, and collection of revenue
- Negotiate to close prime and subcontracting agreements
- Create and execute NDA's, TA's, Subcontracts and MOU’s
- Serves as the point of contact for negotiation of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts and other corporate agreements
- Coordinate contract kickoffs (internal & external), contract reviews, internal contract audits, and contract closeout meetings Interact regularly with Finance department, Operations, senior management, and customer Government Contracting personnel
- Assist in developing and updating contract templates, contract policies and procedures
- Review and resolve issues affecting company and contract compliance and ensure satisfaction of legal requirements, company and customer objectives
- Maintain contractual files in accordance with company policies and procedures and monitor and maintain contract documents for the entire contract lifecycle
- Perform periodic contract audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and provide findings to Senior Management
- Interpret RFP requirements into clear response matrix

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Knowledge of FAR and other government regulations
- Extensive customer interface and negotiation experience
- Experience with managing contracts in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Experience: 3 years of experience in contract administration
- Must have significant proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Certifications & Licenses: C.P.M. or equivalent preferred
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Required; Masters Degree Preferred
