Ar-We-Va Community School District has an opening for a Principal (PK-12th) for the 2023-24 school year.

Ar-We-Va Community School District is seeking leader applicants for a Principal position with the following desired traits:

A leader who works with staff
A leader who is able to set the tone of the building
A leader who can follow through with the expectation of being a leader
A leader who is involved in the day to day operations of classrooms
A leader who can provide a positive learning environment for all students
A leader who is able to provide a consistent response to disciplinary issues
A leader who is concerned about the safety of students
A leader who is consistent and able to set boundaries and consequences
A leader who is able to keep open lines of communication with staff, parents, and community
