Position Overview:

ARAMARK Uniform Services is looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Hyperion team as a full-time employee. This employee will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of Hyperion EPM, Essbase, DRM, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Smartview and their availability to end users. This employee will also be in charge of fulfilling Hyperion related enhancement requests and will be an integral part of future upgrades and implementation projects.

Requirements:

• Proficient in implementing and supporting Hyperion EPM, Essbase, ODI, Smartview, Financial Reporting Studio, DRM
• Capable of researching, troubleshooting and resolving Hyperion issues by working in collaboration with ARAMARK business users, other IT team members and Oracle Corporation’s Hyperion support technicians.
• Able to recommend and implement changes to applications and processes to meet business requirements or to make them more efficient
• Capable of providing phone and email support for Hyperion related issues within pre-determined SLA.
• Skilled in application change migrations from development to test and production environments.
• Capable of working late hours to perform monthly financial report publishing tasks, or to perform data copies, archives or application maintenance when needed
• Experienced in managing small to medium-size projects and leading teams
• Willing to be an integral part of future upgrade and implementation project teams
• Experienced in developing and delivering end-user training

Other Requirements

• 
  A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Very good understanding of Financial and Planning concepts
• 4 years Hyperion and Essbase experience
• Experience implementing / supporting Hyperion EPM 11.2.x is highly desired
• Expert in application support including problem analysis and resolution
• Working knowledge of Linux commands, SQL queries is a plus.
• Possesses excellent problem solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Should be able to work independently under minimal supervision and be a good team player

Work Location and Overtime:

• 
  Work location will be Burbank office and employees are expected to be onsite Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
• This position is exempt i.e., overtime will be not be monetarily compensated.

Education

• Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field
