Do you love sales? Do you have a competitive spirit? Are you a strong and influential communicator? If so, we're looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager (KAM) for Cleanroom. The KAM role is a remote position covering Florida and Puerto Rico territories.
Responsibilities:
- Create, build, and maintain positive business relationships with existing and new Aramark Uniform Services customers;
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits from existing Regional, Multi-Location, and Single Location Strategic Accounts
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience and ability to provide excellent customer service;
- Possess patience, ability to empathize, and strong listening skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized with good time management skills;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment;
- Demonstrated capability to influence without authority;
- Keen ability to challenge the status quo and build strong relationships both internally and externally;
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Travel Requirements:
- Expected to travel up to 40%
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
