The Sr. Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing tactics that support Arandell’s marketing strategies and campaigns. The primary goal is to increase both the client and digital footprint, brand awareness, and engagement. This role is ideal for someone that enjoys a fast past environment, thrives on working on a multitude of projects, and has a can-do attitude.
WHAT YOU"LL DO ON THE A-TEAM:

- Assists with developing and executing short- and long-term marketing plans and campaigns to ensure profit growth and a value add to stakeholder relationships.
- Creates ideas and ways of increasing brand awareness in the industry.
- Helps draft client facing presentations in conjunction with the sales team.
- Responsible for upholding the set brand standards across the organization.
- Ensuring company messaging is delivered consistently across all mediums through design and creative strategy.
- Create eye catching designs that visually communicate our company’s brand and offerings.
- Create various layouts, iconography, web and digital graphics, logos, and illustrations.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement comprehensive digital, social, web, email content and solutions that align with the company goals.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of digital marketing best practices, reporting trends and new techniques.
- Plans and coordinates the organization’s advertising and promotion activities including, but not limited to print, electronic, and direct mail.
WHAT YOU"LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of previous Marketing experience.
- Strong illustration and design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while staying true to our brand values.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate the brand's values in marketing efforts.
- Creative mindset with a passion for exploring innovative marketing approaches.
