You Have:
- Experience. You’ve had recruiting responsibilities for at least two years and have coordinated and facilitated employee onboarding processes for a similar amount of time.
- Strong execution skills. You own projects from start to finish, implementing just as much as you inspire.
- An inquisitive nature. Learning about how things and people work makes you tick.
- The ability to inspire. You leave people more inspired and energized than you found them. You’re naturally positive and are able to influence others in that direction.
- A track record of innovation. You’re always exploring ways to make processes better on more efficient. You don’t settle for the status quo.
You Will:
- Recruit and Select. Lead the recruitment and selection process for many of our frontline team members at Arbor Day Farm.
- Own Onboarding. You’ll be the friendly name that new hires count on to provide a flawless onboarding experience, and managers count on to help them prepare to build plans.
- Create Experiences. Across Arbor Day Farm, you’ll host employee engagement events to communicate the value we have for our people and help create space for our team members to develop trusting, meaningful relationships with each other.
