The RN collaborates with the PMHNP/psychiatrist to provide medication management and medical services to each client. The RN provides all services under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. The RN is also responsible for completing assessments, communicating with the treatment team to develop a plan of care, documentation, client education, and providing routine nursing care in a lower-acuity mental health setting.

Experience:

• Registered nurse: 1 year (Required)

• Psychiatric/mental health nurse: 1 year preferred

License/Certification:

• RN (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
