The ideal Manager is a confident decision-maker who takes charge. He or she has experience in fast food and/or restaurant work and is an excellent communicator—both in written form and verbally. An Arby’s Manager is willing to lead a team during each shift and help train team members.
As an Arby’s Manager, your responsibilities will be to:
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures and safe working procedures
- Execute company policies and procedures
- Provide proper training for Team Members
- Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
- Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations
- Be passionate about preparing and serving guests fresh, premium quality food in a clean and welcome atmosphere
- Report directly to the General Manager
- Always maintain a professional appearance and carry oneself in a professional manner at all times
