What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Arby's?
We are looking for reliable people to add their unique and positive qualities to our already strong and helpful team. There are not to many jobs that cannot be taught here so we are really looking to hire people with a personality. We will train you to do the rest. The job will require the following:
Cash handling
Customer Service
Food preparation
Cleaning
We generally like to provide a set schedule for our team so they are able to plan their life and not worry about having to constantly adjust to an ever changing schedule. We have a strong management team that works side by side with the team.
