What will you do as an Assistant Manager?
As an Assistant Manager, you will inspire and support your team to provide our guests with delicious food served fast and friendly in a clean, safe, and inviting facility and meet company goals. This includes providing positive leadership and constant coaching and training to your team to:
- Accurately and efficiently take and prepare guest orders
- Cleanly and safely manage and prep food
- Clean and maintain restaurant equipment, facilities, and premises
- Follow Arby’s policies and procedures
- Use computers, telephones, and other equipment
- Work as a team to meet company goals and service standards in a fast-paced environment
- Calmly resolve customer and employee issues
Other examples include:
- Maintaining adequate staffing levels by assisting in the preparation of weekly team schedules as well as interviewing and hiring new team members
- Assisting in inventory ordering and control
What qualifications do we require?
- Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant
- ServSafe Certified or become ServSafe Certified before you finish instore training
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
- Satisfactory background check
- Driver’s license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record
- At least 18 years old
- Drive for personal and professional growth and success
- Willingness to work hard, have fun, and do what it takes to get it done!
