Job Title: Practice Manager
Location: Sasco River
We're growing! We're on the search for an experienced Practice Manager who will be responsible for the overall administrative and operational success of our mental health practices. This role is instrumental in helping build, maintain, monitor, and improve all operations for a growing company. This is an on-site position.
Sasco River Center (comprised of Sasco C, LLC and Sasco M, LLC) is an outpatient multidisciplinary group practice providing neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations, psychotherapy, psychiatric medication management, occupational therapy, speech-language services, and learning services to patients in the Fairfield County, CT area. Our population primarily includes children, adolescents, and young adults, though adults are occasionally seen here for treatment and assessment as well. Our main location is in Darien, CT, which is about 40 miles from Manhattan. We also have satellite offices in Wilton and Stamford, CT. Sasco is partnered with ARC Health – a Management Service Organization.
Job Summary
As a Practice Manager, you will be at the forefront of building, nurturing, and enhancing all aspects of our operations within a rapidly expanding company. Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations across the three locations of the Sasco River Center, LLC
- Oversee and supervise the administrative team.
- Build collaborative relationships with direct and indirect reports, leading to general oversight and management of these reports.
- Oversee insurance products with input from ARC, including binding of Professional Liability Insurance, etc.
- Ability to have crucial conversations involving the proper persons with tact and decorum.
- Ability to manage through ambiguity and ever-changing timelines and business assumptions.
- Organize and manage the work and resources of his/her business unit(s) to optimize productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- Manage sensitive / confidential matters, including handling of confidential documents and other communications with absolute discretion.
- Oversight of the Center’s committees, with the collaboration of the Executive directors
- Develop and initiate plans as necessary to maintain and grow the satellite locations of Sasco River in Stamford and Wilton
- Assist the Co-Executive Directors in developing and maintaining motivation plans/compensation structures for all business lines as well as the administrative team.
- Oversite and maintenance of outside contracts with vendors and independent contractors
Requirements
Education:
- Minimum of 3 years with relevant experience in Behavioral Health or Healthcare operations as well as group practice environment.
Experience:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite or similar software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on site with designated days at each practice office
- Ability to abide by ethical guidelines and policies, including strict adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
- Possession and maintenance of all accreditations, certifications, and credentials necessary and appropriate for the position
Physical Requirements:
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
- May require long periods of sitting and standing.
- Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
Minimum salary/hourly: $90,000
Maximum salary/hourly: $110,000
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for this position. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value of ARC Health Partner’s benefits package, which includes, among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision, and retirement.
