SUMMARY
The Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter aids in the administration of the Human Resources Department and assists in the day-to-day operations, functions and duties. The Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, executive administration, and employment.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Human Resources, or related field; or five years of human resources recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid PA Drivers License
Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB (ALL company paid!)
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
PA State Criminal Background, Child Abuse and FBI Clearances, Valid Driver's License. PHR and/or SHRM-CP certificate is helpful but not a requirement.
