Our new paralegal will assist our attorneys with a wide range of projects, primarily in the corporate, venture capital and real estate area. Additional projects will include preparation for litigation, as well as work with our knowledge manager to create a legal forms database.

The Role

This new role will:

• Handle administration of entities, including the creation of organization charts
• Manage due diligence projects
• Assist with real estate closings
• Assist with contract drafting and review, including NDAs
• Project manage legal projects
• Conduct occasional legal research
• Prepare board and committee materials and maintenance of meeting minutes
• Assist with the closing of corporate transactions, including venture capital investments, and public and private financings
• Coordinate document execution and closing document preparation
• Providing general support to our attorneys and assisting with special projects

Relevant Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
• 4 years of experience as a corporate paralegal; in lieu of experience, strong thinkers who learn quickly and are coachable will be considered
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office apps
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint a plus

Compensation

Compensation is competitive, commensurate with experience.
