Our helpful staff is trained to provide excellent customer service in a fun, friendly, and clean shopping environment.
This position provides primary merchandise pricing support as well as sorting of product as necessary. Ensures that product is priced appropriately and that all production quotas are met.

Major Responsibilities:
- Determines pricing for donated items, comprehending better quality
- Sorts and processes donations
- Makes quality decisions concerning merchandise (what to keep or discard)
- Tags and hangs clothing
- Maintains successful working relationships with volunteers
- Helps train and work with volunteer groups
- Works independently without constant supervision
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
- 2-3 years Thrift Pricing Experience preferred
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, donors, and volunteers
- Able to lift boxes and bags that weigh 30-50 lbs
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop continuously throughout assigned work shift
- Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
