SUMMARY: AG Green Warehouse Associates are responsible for verifying and unloading incoming shipments for the warehouse. Responsible for promptly supplying materials to building/production department, builds pallets for outgoing shipments, and accurately pull products from racking locations (Unloading, operating forklifts, stocking materials according to slot location).

Are you seeking a dynamic, hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We seek a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team at Arcade Green, a market leader of high-quality cabinetry and flooring solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for following departmental directions and adhering to all AG product specifications.
- Responsible for the receiving product and transferring supplies from receiving dock to its proper location
- Ensure purchase orders/BL orders are received, verified, and paper works processed accurately promptly; notify the lead for any discrepancies with the purchase order.
- Responsible for following OSHA-compliant regulations.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping pallet and racking area neat; always organizes warehouse and work areas for orderliness.
- Properly stores and labels all materials
- Replenishes, restocks and rotates all RTA boxes, material and warehouse supplies to ensure that all merchandise will be used in FIFO order
- Notifies Warehouse Management of any discrepancies with the purchase order/BL, inventory location and or any OSHA/Company violations
- Properly reports, record and disposes of rejected materials, trash.
- Operates vehicles, forklifts, hand trucks/ warehouse carts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment in a professional and safe manner.
- Maintain the condition and cleanliness of forklift and other assets both interior and exterior
- Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the interior and exterior of the warehouse
- Responsible for keeping both warehouse clean and organized to company standards
- Provide assistance to the builders/production department when needed
- Observe and abide by all company’s safety policy including OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and replenishment
- Preform other duties as assigned, including housekeeping of common areas and restroom, packing, moving, and setting up of furniture, cabinets, equipment, etc.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Possession of driver’s license preferred but not required with clean Driving abstract/record.
- Able to understand and follow oral and written work instructions.
- Good communications skills
- Able to work cohesively with fellow workers.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous warehouse and receiving experience preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred. (Will train on-site)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Able to sit or stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 70-120 lbs. continuously throughout the workday.
- Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 70-120 lbs. throughout the workday.
