Role description:
The Global Sustainability Advisory Technical Director's goal is to define the technical solution and client delivery approach for organizational measurement and management of sustainability and ESG data, supporting regional and global clients and client teams as a recognized global subject matter expert, focusing on enterprise management of scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions aligned with global frameworks such as the GHG Protocol. As such, this role w ill facilitate strategy creation, identify and scale best practices, and support a globally connected team.
You will work horizontally across our three Global Business Areas, Mobility, Places, and Resilience, draw upon their capabilities as needed to support the global Sustainability Advisory team, and drive “pull-through” of Arcadis’ other technical services. You will support our global Sustainability Advisory go-to-market strategy, enabling profitable growth while meeting the growing demand for sustainability advisory services – all in partnership with regional leads around the world. You will be a key member of the global Sustainability Advisory leadership team.
This role will report directly to the Global Sustainability Advisory Managing Director and closely collaborate with regional Sustainability Advisory leaders, other Global Technical Directors, as well as regional sales and business area leaders across our three Global Business Areas.
This role can be performed in any Arcadis US office.

Arcadis offers benefits for full-time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401K plan, STD and LTD, and Life Insurance as well as some additional optional benefits.
Full-time positions also come with annual PTO days and at certain levels, a bonus program may apply.
The Salary range for this role is $109,000-$142,000 (of our internal ranges) for Colorado-based positions only.
The Salary Range for this role is $127,000- $165,000 for New York City-based positions only.
The Salary Range for this role is $109,000-$142,000 for Connecticut-based positions only
Other locations will vary in salary range.
