Currently, we are looking for a Career Mobility Applications Coordinator to join the ArcBest team. The Career Mobility Applications Coordinator supports the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of digital tools and platforms that improve the ability of employees and candidates to explore and advance their career through self-service tools.
These tools include Workday Recruiting, Talent, Performance, and Learning, as well as integrations with various other vendors and internally developed software.
Your contribution may include :
- Assist with the review of software releases.
- Actively participate in software vendor Q&A Forum (or that of other vendors), submit necessary brainstorms, and promote product improvement ideas to vendors that will benefit the organization.
- Participate in vendor discussions and support action items to better utilize those services.
- Understand the product vision and take responsibility in daily work to meet customer needs.
- Support the building, configuring, integrating, cutover from legacy, and stabilization of implementation.
- Creatively solve tier 2 level problems to exceed customer expectations. Communicate upward when larger product changes may be required.
- Work closely with developers and functional teams to complete regular product tasks and small to mid-size projects.
- Report progress, escalate issues, and communicate with product leadership when changes to product, process, or business practices may be required.
- Assist with testing system capabilities and communicate as needed when functionality does / does not meet desired outcomes.
- Develop training and communication alongside functional teams to build awareness and ensure product adoption.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
As a Career Mobility Applications Coordinator , you will be a member of the ArcBest People Services team in Fort Smith, AR.
Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, with irregular hours that may occur depending on workload.

Education : Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Product Management, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field. Strong experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience : Background in recruiting, talent, performance, and learning, preferred.
Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams. High comfort level with any technology.
